摘要
燃气燃烧产生的NOx有害气体的根本原因是:燃气燃烧温度过高,停留时间过长,燃烧区的含氧量过多而造成的。鉴于此,实现助燃空气分段供应,燃气实现分级供应。特别是大推力的燃气燃烧器更是如此。实现浓淡燃烧法、低氧燃烧法、排烟再循环法等方法综合为一体的设计原则,从而实现超低氮燃烧。
The fundamental causes of NOxharmful gases produced by gas combustion flue gas are: excessive combustion temperature, long residence time and excessive oxygen content in combustion zone.Around the reasons, the staged supply of combustion-supporting air and the staged supply of gas are realized. Especially for high thrust gas burners. The design principles of the method of dense-lean combustion,low oxygen combustion and exhaust gas recirculation are integrated to realize ultra-low nitrogen combustion.
