经络和腧穴疲劳现象的成因探析

摘要
随着中医学的发展,传统针灸进入现代化的发展阶段,多元、开放的治疗理念和方式,对其是机遇也是挑战,在其发展进步的同时,笔者在长期临床中发现了一个突出问题:用针不慎、过度医疗、久病致虚及一些其他疗法等导致的经络、腧穴疲劳现象,使得针灸在临床取效降低,阻碍发展,故笔者通过临床观察、研究分析总结整理其原因,望能引起广大医者的关注和重视,避免此现象发生。
With the development of TCM, traditional acupuncture and moxibustion has entered the stage of modern development. The multiple and open treatment ideas and methods are both opportunities and challenges for it, while its development and progress, a prominent problem is found in the long-term clinical practice: careless use of needles, overtreatment, deficiency caused by chronic disease and some other treatment of meridians lead to fatigue phenomenon of channel and point, making acupuncture in clinical efficacy is reduced and hinder the development. The article researched, analysised and summarized the reasons through clinical observation, hoping to arouse the attention of the majority of doctors and avoid this phenomenon.
