体外高频热疗仪在恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨体外高频热疗仪在恶性肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月在医院接受治疗的200例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配的方法分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上接受体外高频热疗仪治疗,并在热疗过程中进行相关观察与护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组肿瘤消减率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分降低有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组依从性及护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外高频热疗仪应用于恶性肿瘤患者效果明显,可提高肿瘤消减率、疼痛降低有效率,以及患者对护理的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application and effect of external high-frequency hyperthermia instrument in the nursing of malignant tumor patients.Methods 200 malignant tumor patients who received treatment in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random allocation,they were divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received external high-frequency hyperthermia instrument treatment on the basis of routine nursing,and related observation and nursing in the process of hyperthermia.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The tumor reduction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions External high-frequency hyperthermia instrument applied in patients with malignant tumors has obvious effect,which can improve the tumor reduction rate,pain reduction efficiency,as well as patients' satisfaction with nursing.
