腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症的效果及对患者自然排卵率与妊娠率的影响研究

摘要
目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者实施腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术治疗的效果及对患者自然排卵率与妊娠率的影响。方法择本科室2008年1月到2015年1月间60例多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者,随机数表分组:穿刺组(n=30,B超引导下阴道卵泡穿刺术)、打孔组(n=30,腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术),对比不同术式的疗效及预后。结果打孔组患者术后3个月FSH较穿刺组显著升高,LH较穿刺组显著降低(P<0.05);打孔组患者术后1年自然排卵率、妊娠率较穿刺组升高,流产率较穿刺组降低(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症患者实施腹腔镜下卵巢打孔术治疗效果显著,可改善患者妊娠状况。
Objective to investigate effect of laparoscopic ovarian perforation on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) patients with infertility and effect on natural ovulation rate and pregnancy rate. Methods choose 60 cases polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) patients with infertility from January 2008 to January 2015 in our department, divide them into two groups random Ly: puncture group(n =30, B ultrasound guided vaginal follicle puncture) and perforation group(n =30, laparoscopic ovarian perforation). Compare curative effect and prognosis of different surgical methods. Results FSH 3 months after operation of perforation group was significantly higher than puncture group, and LH was significantly lower,(P< 0.05). Natural ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of perforation group 1 year after operation was higher than puncture group, and abortion rate was lower than puncture group,(P < 0.05). Conclusion laparoscopic ovarian perforation has remarkable effect for polycystic ovary syndrome patients with infertility, which can improve pregnancy situation of patients.
