经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿的临床分析

摘要
目的:研究分析经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的50例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象。对照组给予腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,实验组治疗方式为经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗。比较分析实验组与对照组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症及相关临床指标。结果:经过对应治疗后,实验组10例患者有效,显效患者为13例,2例患者为无效。对照组中,9例有效,10例患者为显效。可得,实验组治疗有效率为92.0%显著高于对照组有效率为76.0%,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组中,2例发生腹部不适,1例发生心率加速,1例发生阴道灼烧,各项并发症发生率显著低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果理想,并发症发生率低,安全性高,可显著改善临床症状,具有临床推广的意义。
