腹主动脉瘤支架植入术的围手术期护理措施与效果观察

摘要
目的探究腹主动脉瘤支架植入术的围手术期护理措施及效果。方法选取2015年6月—2018年5月在该院采用支架植入术治疗的32例腹主动脉瘤患者,将其随机分为研究组及常规组,对常规组患者行常规护理,对研究组患者在常规护理基础上进行进一步护理干预,比较两组患者并发症发生几率及护理前后生活质量。结果研究组中仅有1例患者发生高血压危象,发生率为6.25%,常规组中出现的并发症包括瘤体破裂、出血及高血压危象,总发生率为25.00%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且护理后,研究组患者生理功能、躯体疼痛等生活质量评分均显著高于常规组及护理前(P<0.05)。结论在腹主动脉瘤支架植入术的围手术期对患者实施有效护理干预,能够有效避免其并发症的发生,同时能够促进患者恢复,并显著提高其生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measures and effects of stent implantation for abdominal aortic aneurysm. Methods Thirty-two patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm who underwent stent implantation from June 2015 to May 2018 were randomly divided into study group and routine group. Routine nursing was performed on patients in the routine group. The patients in the study group underwent further nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The incidence of complications and the quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Only one patient in the study group developed a hypertensive crisis with an incidence of6.25%. Complications in the conventional group included tumor rupture, hemorrhage and hypertensive crisis and the total incidence was 25.00%, with significant difference(P<0.05), and the quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group and before treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing intervention in the perioperative period of abdominal aortic aneurysm stenting can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications, promote the recovery of patients, and significantly improve their quality of life, which is worth promoting.
