静脉全麻复合骶麻与单纯静脉全麻在小儿下腹部手术中的效果分析

摘要
目的:比较小儿下腹部手术中运用静脉全麻复合骶麻及单纯静脉全麻的效果。方法:择笔者所在科室2016年1月-2017年12月90例小儿下腹部手术患儿,实施随机数字表法分组:复合组(n=45,静脉全麻复合骶麻)、单纯组(n=45,单纯静脉全麻),对比不同麻醉方式的效果。结果:复合组患儿切皮时、手术10 min、手术结束时平均动脉压及心率明显低于单纯组(P<0.05),复合组平均体动次数、入睡时间、氯胺酮用药剂量、术后苏醒时间、不良反应发生率明显优于单纯组(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿下腹部手术中运用静脉全麻复合骶麻效果优于单纯静脉全麻。
Objective:To investigate the effect of intravenous general anesthesia combined with caudal anesthesia and intravenous general anesthesia in the treatment of lower abdominal surgery in children.Method:From January 2016 to December 2017,90 children with lower abdomen surgery were selected.The total was divided into two groups by random number table:composite group(n=45,intravenous general anesthesia combined with caudal anesthesia) and simple group(n=45,simple intravenous general anesthesia).Compared the effect of different anesthetic methods.Result:Compared with the simple group,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the composite group were significantly lower than those of the simple group at the time of skin incision,surgery 10 min,and end of surgery(P<0.05).The average number of body movements,the time to fall asleep,the dosage of Ketamine,the time of recovery and the incidence of adverse reactions were better than those of the simple group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of intravenous general anesthesia combined with caudal anesthesia in lower abdominal surgery is better than intravenous anesthesia alone.
