摘要

目的:分析B超在腹部闭合性损伤诊断中的应用效果及敏感度影响。方法:选取2016年4月至2017年8月在我院治疗的疑似腹部闭合性损伤患者87例,进行B超检查,观察诊断准确率及敏感度。结果:87例疑似患者中,81例患者确诊为腹部闭合性损伤,B超诊断准确77例,准确率95.40%,漏诊4例,漏诊率4.94%,误诊0例。结论:在腹部闭合性损伤诊断中应用B超,简单有效,并且无创,能提高诊断准确率、敏感度,取得了较好的效果,值得借鉴。
        Objective: To analyze the application effect and sensitivity of B-mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of closed abdominal trauma. Methods: From April 2016 to August 2017, 87 patients with suspected closed abdominal injuries were examined by B-mode ultrasonography, and the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity were observed. Results: Among 87 suspected cases, 81 cases were diagnosed as abdominal closed injury, 77 cases were diagnosed accurately by B-mode ultrasound, the accuracy rate was 95.40%, 4 cases were missed, the missed diagnosis rate was 4.94%, and 0 case was misdiagnosed. Conclusion: The application of B-mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of closed abdominal injury is simple, effective and noninvasive, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, and has achieved good results, which is worth learning.
