摘要
目的:分析B超在腹部闭合性损伤诊断中的应用效果。方法:将2013年1月—2017年12月在我院进行治疗的腹部闭合性损伤患者作为本次研究对象,共计62例,对所有患者实行B超检查,对比B超检查结果与手术结果,探讨B超在腹部闭合性损伤诊断中的应用效果。结果:腹部实质性脏器损伤47例,确诊41例,漏诊6例。腹部非实质性脏器损伤15例,确诊11例,漏诊4例。结论:采用B超检查方式对腹部闭合性损伤患者进行诊断时,可准确检查出患者的具体情况,具有一定的临床应用价值。
        Objective To analyze the application effect of b-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of abdominal closed injury. Methods A total of 62 patients with abdominal closed injury treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were taken as the objects of this study. All patients were subjected to b-ultrasonography, and the application effect of b-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of abdominal closed injury was discussed by comparing the results of b-ultrasonography with the results of surgery. Results There were 47 cases of substantial abdominal organ damage, 41 cases were confirmed and 6 cases were missed diagnosis. There were 15 cases of abdominal non-substantial organ injury, 11 cases were confirmed and 4 cases were missed. Conclusion In the diagnosis of patients with abdominal closed injury, b-ultrasonography can be used to accurately detect the specific conditions of the patients, and it can be widely used.
