乳腺伴有肌上皮癌的腺肌上皮瘤临床病理观察

摘要
回顾性分析1例乳腺伴有肌上皮癌的腺肌上皮瘤(myoepithelial carcinoma arising in adenomyoepithelioma,MECAME)患者的临床、病理资料,并复习文献。患者为46岁女性,右乳腺发现一直径约4 cm肿块。光镜特征是围绕乳腺导管上皮呈"袖套样"生长的异型细胞,异型细胞具有肌上皮细胞的免疫表型。确诊后行乳腺癌改良根治术,术后按TC方案化疗3次。随访18个月,肿瘤无复发,无远处转移。MECAME是一种罕见的乳腺恶性肿瘤,具有特征性的组织形态学和免疫表型。
To investigate the clinicopathological features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of Myoepithelial carcinoma arising in adenomyoepithelioma(MECAME), and reviewed the literature. The patient was a 46-year-old female with an about 4 cm mass in the right breast. The morphological characteristics were atypical cells "cuff like" surrounded the mammary ductal epithelium with myoepithelial cell immunophenotype. Modified radical mastectomy was performed, and TC chemotherapy was given 3 times after diagnosis. The patient was followed up for 18 months without recurrence and distant metastasis. MECAME is a rare malignant tumor of breast with characteristic morphology and immunophenotype.
