中青年乳腺癌术后患者康复期创伤后成长体验的质性研究

摘要
目的探索年轻乳腺癌患者术后创伤后成长的真实体验,为临床心理护理干预措施提供新的视角。方法运用现象学研究方法对12例乳腺癌术后的年轻患者进行深度访谈,现场录音和笔录,并运用Claizzi分析程序分析。结果年轻乳腺癌康复期患者创伤后成长的体验分为自我转变、思维转变萌芽、与他人关系改善及生活指向的改变4个主题,10个亚主题。结论护士应及时察觉患者积极的转变并给予正确引导,完善社会支持系统,制定全程康复计划,帮助患者建立科学的生活方式和智慧的人生态度,使其平稳回归家庭和社会。
