膀胱移行细胞癌差异基因的克隆

<正>膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,由于膀胱癌的发生发展与多种基因的突变和表达异常有关,其确切发病机制目前尚不清楚。为了从基因水平对膀胱移行上皮癌进行研究,需要对差异表达的基因进行分离、克隆和序列分析。1材料与方法1膀胱移行上皮细胞癌患者肿瘤基底部5 cm以外的黏膜,取材后立即液氮处理,-70℃冻存。2甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶(G3DPH)引物序列及两次抑制性聚合酶链反应(PCR)引
