摘要
以经典内弹道理论为基础,并以弹丸膛内运动理论计算膛压曲线为依据,建立了某大口径高速弹丸发射过程中的动力学仿真模型;应用有限元数值仿真分析方法,对该模型进行了力学特性仿真和分析,得到了弹丸在发射过程不同时刻的强度参数结果,以及弹丸膛内运动的过载情况,理论计算结果与仿真实验结果基本吻合。结果表明,内弹道仿真模型可以较好地反映弹丸的受力情况。所涉及内容及方法能够为今后该弹丸的改进和优化提供依据,也能为同类弹丸发射强度研究工作提供理论参考。
        Based on the classical interior ballistic theory,the calculation of bore pressure curve is based on the theory of bore motion,the dynamic simulation model of a large caliber high speed projectile during firing is established. Applying the method of finite element numerical simulation,the mechanical properties of the model are simulated and analyzed,and the results of the strength parameters of the projectile at different time during the firing process and the overloading of the movement in the chamber of the projectile are obtained. The results of theoretical calculation are in good agreement with those of simulation experiments,the results show that the internal trajectory simulation model can reflect the force of projectile well. The contents and methods involved can provide a basis for the improvement and optimization of the projectile in the future,and it can also provide theoretical reference for similar projectile launch intensity research work.
