水胶体敷料联合清创凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床疗效

摘要
目的探讨水胶体敷料联合清创凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法选取自贡市第四人民医院烧伤科2015年1月—2018年1月收治的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者64例,根据治疗方案分为对照组30例与治疗组34例。对照组于深Ⅱ度创面涂抹美宝湿润烧伤膏,治疗组于深Ⅱ度创面涂抹清创凝胶和水胶体敷料。比较两组患者创面愈合率、创面细菌定量、创面愈合时间及温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分。结果治疗后治疗组创面愈合率高于对照组,创面细菌定量、VSS评分低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水胶体敷料联合清创凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床疗效确切,其创面愈合速度快,创面细菌感染率低,可减轻创面瘢痕增生。
        Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hydrocolloid dressings combined with debridement gel in treating deep second degree burn wounds.Methods A total of 64 cases of deep second degree burn wounds patients were selected from January 2015 to January 2018 in Department of Burn,the Fourth People's Hospital of Zigong,which were divided into 30 cases in control group and 34 cases in treatment group according to treatment plan.The control group,MEBO was applied to the deep second degree wounds,and the treatment group was treated with debridement gel and hydrocolloid dressing on deep second degree wounds. The wound healing rate,bacterial quantification,wound healing time and VSS score were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the treatment group of wound healing rate was higher than control group,the bacterial quantification and VSS score of wound were lower than control group,and the wound healing time was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressings combined with debridement gel are effective in treating deep second degree burn wounds,with fast wound healing and low bacterial infection rate.
