中药内服治疗膝关节退行性病变267例临床观察

摘要
目的观察中药内服治疗膝关节退行性病变的疗效。方法临床筛选356例膝关节退行性病变患者,分为治疗组267例,对照组89例进行观察治疗。结果治疗组267例,治愈115例,治愈率43.07%,有效152例,有效率56.93%;对照组89例,治愈16例,治愈率17.98%,有效73例,有效率82.22%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药内服治疗膝关节退行性病变疗效满意。
Objective To observe the curative effect of herbal oral administration in the treatment of knee joints degenerative diseases.Methods 356 cases of patients with knee joints degenerative disease were selected,and they were divided into treatment group of 267 cases and control group of 89 cases. Results In the treatment group,115 were cured,the cure rate was 43. 07%,152 cases were effective,and the effective rate was 56. 93%. In the control group,16 were cured,the cure rate was 17. 98%,73 cases were effective,and the effective rate was 82. 22%. The difference was statistically significant by making comparison between the two groups( P < 0. 05).
