“南京市家庭医生团队建设”专家主题研讨

摘要
家庭医生团队建设是提升基层医疗卫生机构的家庭医生团队服务能力和影响力、充分利用医联体内优质医疗卫生资源的有效保障,本文组织多位社区卫生服务管理者就家庭医生团队建设进行了主题研讨。南京市卫计委基层妇处调研员吴月华、东南大学社区医学研究所所长张开金、南京市雨花台区铁心桥社区卫生服务中心主任吴胜利、南京市建邺区莲花社区卫生服务中心主任岳清萍、南京市建邺区南湖社区卫生服务中心主任符岱佳、南京市雨花台区西善桥社区卫生服务中心主任李宏、南京市玄武区红山社区卫生服务中心主任顾彦、南京市玄武区兰园社区卫生服务中心主任倪素兰及南京市秦淮区蓝旗社区卫生服务中心主任刘萍参与了主题研讨,总结了各中心的工作经验并提出相关意见和建议。
Team building of family doctor is one effective guarantee to improve the family doctor team's service capability and influence in grassroots medical institutions and take full advantage of resource in medical alliance. This article introduced the expert seminar about team building of family doctor in Nanjing. Wu Yuehua, the deputy director of Nanjing Health and Family Planning Comission; Zhang Kaijin, the director of Institute of Community Medicine in Southeast University; Wu Shengli, the director of Tiexinqiao community health service center in Yuhua district; Yue Qingping, the director of Lianhua community health service center in Jianye district; Fu Daijia, the director of Nanhu community health service center in Jianye district, Lihong, the director of Xigang community health service center in Qiaxia district; Gu Yan, the director of Hongshan community health service center in Xuanwu district; Ni Sulan, the director of Lanyuan community health service center in Xuanwu district and Liu Ping, the director of Lanqi community health service center in Qinhuai district all participated in the seminar; they summarized the work experience of each community and put forward their own comments and suggestions.
