基础护理实训室的管理及开放的实施及其作用

摘要
目的:通过对基础护理实训室进行规范的管理和开放实施,为师生提供良好的教学环境,促进学习教育教学效果。方法:包括规范实训物品管理,实施五级责任制管理,在实训室建设中注重文化建设和美化教学环境,在模拟医院病区,提供一站式护理教学,设立智慧教室,实训用物托盘化等管理手段以及规范实训开放管理方法和注重开放实施反馈措施等。结果:实训室的规范管理,为师生营造一个良好的实训环境;实训室的开放实施,使学院教学资源得以充分利用,满足了学生课后练习的操作需求,提高了学生的动手操作能力,强化了实训教学效果。结论:通过对实训室进行规范的管理和开放,为学生提供更多的实践机会,满足了学生多方面的需求,调动了学生学习的积极性,培养了学生的自主学学习能力,提高了学生的综合素质能力,为实现学院人才培养奠定良好的基础。
        Through the standardized management and open implementation of the basic nursing training room, it provides a good teaching environment for teachers and students and promotes the effect of learning and teaching. Methods:Including the management of standardized training items, the implementation of five-level responsibility system management, focusing on cultural construction and beautifying the teaching environment in the construction of the training room, providing one-stop nursing teaching, setting up smart classrooms, training trays in simulated hospital wards Management tools such as management and standardized open management methods and focus on open implementation feedback measures. Conclusion: The standardized management of the training room creates a good training environment for teachers and students; the open implementation of the training room enables the teaching resources of the college to be fully utilized, meets the operational needs of students after class, and improves the hands-on of students. The ability to operate strengthens the effectiveness of training. Conclusion: Through the standardized management and opening of the training room, it provides students with more practical opportunities, meets the needs of students in many aspects, mobilizes the enthusiasm of students, cultivates students' self-learning ability and improves students. The comprehensive quality ability lays a good foundation for the realization of college talent training.
