摘要
目的:观察不同脂肪处理纯化方法在自体脂肪移植隆乳术中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年3月-2018年3月在笔者医院接受自体脂肪移植隆乳的就医者为研究对象,并根据其脂肪处理纯化方法的不同分为自然沉淀组和离心组。观察两组就医者治疗满意率、并发症发生率,比较两组就医者移植前后乳房胸围和体积的差异。结果:术前两组就医者胸围和乳房体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后两组就医者胸围和乳房体积均较手术前增大,但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组就医者囊肿、肿块和脂肪坏死等并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.910,P=0.340);两组就医者治疗满意率分别为96.00%和97.78%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.245,P=0.621)。结论:自然沉淀法与离心法用于自体脂肪移植隆乳的美容效果相当,可明显改善就医者的胸围和乳房体积,且无明显并发症发生,具有良好的应用价值。
        Objective To observe the effect of different fat treatment and purification methods in augmentation mammaplasty with autologous fat transplantation. Methods We chose the patients who received autologous fat transplantation for augmentation mammaplasty in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 as obiects, and were divided into the natural precipitation group and the centrifugation group according to the different methods of fat purification. The satisfaction rate and complication rate of the two groups were observed, and the breast circumference and volume before and after transplantation were compared. Results There was no significant difference in chest circumference and breast volume between the two groups before transplantation(P>0.05). After operation, the chest circumference and breast volume of the two groups were increased, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of cyst, mass and fat necrosis between the two groups(χ~2=0.910,P=0.340). The satisfaction rates of the two groups were 96.00% and 97.78%, respectively, there was no difference between the two groups(χ~2=0.245,P=0.621). Conclusion Natural precipitation method and centrifugation method have the same cosmetic effect in augmentation of breast with autologous fat transplantation, and can significantly improve the chest circumference and breast volume of patients without obvious complications.
