富血小板血浆辅助自体脂肪移植双平面注射在面部年轻化中的效果观察

摘要
目的分析对接受面部年轻化处理的患者采用富血小板血浆辅助自体脂肪移植双平面注射技术的效果观察。方法选取80例于2015年5月至2016年5月来我院就诊的局部凹陷或自觉面部皮肤松垂行面部美容的患者作为本次试验的研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=40例,行富血小板血浆辅助自体脂肪移植双平面注射面部填充)和对照组(n=40例,行单纯行自体脂肪双平面注射面部填充)。对比两组术后临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后观察组的临床总有效为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05)。术后随访一年期间,两组均未出现结节、感染及脂肪液化等并发症(P> 0.05)。结论对接受面部年轻化处理的患者采用富血小板血浆辅助自体脂肪移植双平面注射技术,患者术后疗效明显,安全性高。
Objective The effect of platelet-derived plasma-assisted autologous fat transplantation biplane injection technique was analyzed in patients who received facial rejuvenation. Mthods Eight patients with partial depression or conscious facial skin sagging facial beauty who came to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as subjects of this study and randomly divided into observation groups(n=40 cases, Platelet-rich plasma-assisted autologous fat transplantation with double-plane injection of facial filling) and control group(n=40 cases, simple facial double-plane injection of facial filling). The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P < 0.05). During the follow-up period of one year, no complications such as nodules, infection and fat liquefaction occurred in the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion The patients who received facial rejuvenation treatment were treated with platelet-rich plasma-assisted autologous fat transplantation double-plane injection. The patient's postoperative effect was obvious and the safety was high.
