不同手术方案治疗严重骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折临床研究

摘要
目的探讨不同手术方案治疗严重骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折临床效果。方法本研究回顾分析我院骨科2017年1月至2017年12月收治100例严重骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者的临床资料,按照不同手术方案分为经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(PKP)组和经皮椎体成形术(PVP)组,分别实施PKP和PVP手术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果 PKP组观察对象手术时间、术后下床活动时间和住院时间均明显短于PVP组,同时,患者的术中出血量和骨水泥用量也明显少于PVP组(P<0.05)。结论严重骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者接受PKP手术治疗,效果更加理想,因而推广和应用价值更高。
Objective to investigate clinical effects of different surgical schemes in treatment of severe osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures. Methods review and analyze clinical data of 100 cases severe osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures patients treated in orthopaedic department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017. According to different surgical schemes, divide them into two groups: percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) group and percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP) group. After PKP and PVP surgical treatment, compare clinical effects of between two groups.Results operation time, out of bed time and hospitalization time after surgery in PKP group was significantly shorter than PVP group. Meanwhile, bleeding amount and bone cement amount in PKP group was also significantly less than PVP group(P < 0.05). Conclusion PKP surgical treatment has more ideal effect in treating severe osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures, which has higher promotion and application value.
