中药配方颗粒剂处方自动化调剂时间的分析

摘要
目的探讨影响中药自动化调剂设备调剂时间的各种因素。方法采用SPSS 17.0对随机抽取的424张中药配方颗粒剂处方进行付数、药味、剂量及调剂时间统计分析。结果各付处方的药味数及剂量均无统计学差异(P>0.05),随着调剂付数的增加,调剂总时间逐渐延长,除了4付与5付以外,都存在极显著的统计学差异(P<0.01);在单付调剂时间上,随着调剂付数增加,单付调剂时间逐渐缩短,除了3付与4付以外,都存在着显著的统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。在处方付数相同的情况下,总调剂时间和单付调剂时间均随药味数的增加而延长(P<0.01)。结论处方调剂总时间和调剂效率随着付数的增加而延长和提高。
Objective To explore the various factors that affect the drug dispensing time of the automatic dispensing equipment for Chinese medicine. Methods SPSS17.0 was used to calculate the number, kind of herbal medicines, dosage and dispensing time of424 randomly selected prescription of granules forms of individual medicinal for prescription. Results There was no statistical difference in the kind of herbal medicines in a prescription and dosage( P >0.05). With the increasing number of dispensing, the total time of the dispensing gradually lengthened. There were significant statistical differences except the number of four and five( P< 0.01). The average time to dispensing a single pair of Traditional Chinese Medicine was shortened with the increased number.There were significant statistical differences except the number of three and four( P <0.01 or P <0.05).The total and average time were lengthened in the kind of herbal medicines in the same number of pairs. Conclusion The total time and efficiency of the dispensing raised with the increasing number of pairs of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
