自动化发药系统简易故障分析前后应用效果观察

摘要
目的为医院门诊药房正确使用自动化发药系统设备提供参考。方法分别对2017年8月(简易故障分析和工作人员培训前)和2017年12月(简易故障分析和工作人员培训后)医院门诊药房自动化发药系统设备在使用过程中出现的简易故障进行统计、分析和总结,并对每种故障提出相应解决方法。结果 2017年8月和2017年12月自动化发药系统设备平均每天出现的简易故障总次数分别为(51. 52±6. 94)次和(40. 27±5. 55)次(P <0. 05),其中D机复位、D机药品冲出加药机械手挡板、预配货架指示灯不亮等7种简易故障在2017年12月平均每天发生的次数较2017年8月明显下降(P <0. 05); D机出药错误2017年12月平均每天发生的次数较2017年8月无明显差异(P> 0. 05)。结论通过对自动化发药系统设备使用过程中后台加药时D机反复出现复位、D机药斗卡药等各种问题进行分析,并对门诊药房每位人员进行培训,可使自动化发药系统的故障率明显下降,保证其正常、高效地运行。
        Objective To provide a reference for proper application of automatic drug dispensing machine in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital. Methods The data of automatic drug dispensing machine in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital were selected respectively in August 2017( before simple errors analysis and staff training) and December 2017( after simple errors analysis and staff training). The types of simple errors were analyzed statistically and corresponding solutions were made for each error. Results The average number of simple errors per day for automatic drug dispensing machine in August 2017 and December 2017 was( 51. 52 ± 6. 94) times and( 40. 27 ± 5. 55) times,respectively( P < 0. 05). The average daily occurrence of 7 kinds of simple errors,such as respect of D machine reset, D machine drug out of the manipulator baffle, D machine pre-configured shelf light does not light in December 2017 was significantly reduced than that in August 2017( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the average daily occurrence of respect of D machine drug errors between December 2017 and August 2017( P > 0. 05). Conclusion By analyzing the errors of reset of D machine,stuck of D machine bucket and other errors during the use of automatic dispensing system equipment,and training every staff in outpatient pharmacy, the errors of automatic drug dispensing machine are significantly reduced, in order to ensure their normal and efficient application.
