地铁室分系统“共建共享”的应用价值探讨

2019年3月12日国务院国资委主任肖亚庆在人民大会堂"部长通道"上说,从央企现状来看,仍存在资源分散、主业不突出的现象,也存在着在某个专业上同质化竞争、无序竞争的问题。"此前铁塔公司整合,既节约了资源、减少了投资,又使大家感到通信系统好了。"他说,像铁塔公司这样的案例要多出现,从而提高资源配置效率和市场化程度。中国铁塔从最初定位就是,实现行业资源共享,减少重复建设和资源浪费。2017年,塔类业务中的宏站业务带来的营收占到中国铁塔公司总营收的97.3%。其中,多达99.8%都是来自于三大运营商。也就是说相对于"宏站",铁塔公司的室分业务营收仅仅约占总营收的0.2%,室分业务有大量推广空间和应用探讨价值,文章结合湖北省通信行业协会评定的2018年度湖北省优秀通信工程建设项目——武汉地铁3号线一期公用移动通信网络共建项目的成功案例,展开深入探讨。
