摘要
改善城市微气候是低碳城市规划的重要课题。对于深圳等高密度城市,促进城市自然通风是改善微气候的关键之一。深圳自然通风评估方法引入城市气象和GIS等相关领域的基础数据和先进技术手段,建立了由管理办法、评估方法和技术支撑等三部分构成的完整框架。该方法具有现实的可操作性,在深圳城市规划管理中得到了实际的应用。
Micro-climate improvement is an important issue of low-carbon urban planning. Better ventilation is one of the key points for improving urban micro-climate as to the high-density cities like Shenzhen. By introducing the basic data and advanced technological means of urban meteorology, GIS, and so on, Shenzhen Natural Ventilation Assessment(SZNVA) sets up a comprehensive framework consisting of management methods, assessment methods, and technical support. SZNVA, which is practical, has been applied in Shenzhen's urban planning and management.
