摘要
传统船舶航行系统振动检测获取的检测结果,受到整体检测工具的影响,其信号契合度较低。为了有效解决这一问题,设计基于传感网络,以F-P滤波调解为核心设计新型船舶航行系统振动检测方法。利用数据信号反射模和滤波腔,进行信号滤波调解,选取完整振动信号波,根据数据极值,对其进行模态分解生成IMF数据值,减少数据噪声,对信号进行有序隔离,采用Colerra数据集算法提取船舶振动信号特征,计算Colerra数据核值,将最优核值进行有序排列,即可获取当前振动检测结果,实现船舶航行系统的振动检测。通过仿真实验分析设计振动检测方法的性能数据,实验结果表明应用新设计的振动监测方法获取到的检测数据信号,最大频谱测量值准确度提高了29%,最小频谱测量值准确度提高27%,可以有效提高信号契合度,具有实际应用价值。
        The vibration detection results obtained by the traditional ship running system are affected by the overall detection tools, and the signal fit is low. In order to solve this problem effectively, a new vibration detection method for ship running system is designed based on the sensor network with f-p filtering and mediation as the core. Use data signal reflection model and the filter chamber, mediate signal filtering, select complete vibration signal wave, according to the data of extremum, mode decomposition to generate the IMF data values, reduce data noise, the signal an orderly isolation, using Colerra data set algorithm to extract ship vibration signal characteristics, Colerra nuclear data calculation, the optimal kernel value an orderly arrangement, can get the current vibration test results, for detecting the vibration of the system of driving system. Through the simulation experiments analysis design of vibration test method of performance data, the experimental results show that the new design of vibration monitoring method for detecting data signal, maximum spectrum measurement accuracy increased by 29%, the minimum spectrum measurement accuracy is increased by 27%, can effectively increase the signal fit, has practical application value.
