超高层建筑爬升设备辅助支撑系统研究

摘要
为解决超高层建筑施工过程中局部结构整体缺失导致大型模板爬升设备不能与结构本身产生可靠的支撑而造成的施工难题,研发了爬升设备辅助支撑系统。介绍了爬升设备辅助支撑系统的构造及其施工工艺流程,并在上海国际航空服务中心W-1B地块的超高层建筑塔楼施工中进行了应用。结果显示,采用该爬升设备辅助支撑系统安全可靠,具有显著的社会效益和经济效益,值得在类似工程中推广应用。
        In order to solve the construction problem that the large formwork climbing equipment is unable to produce reliable support with the structure itself,due to the integral deficiency of local structure in the construction process of super-high building,an auxiliary support system of the climbing equipment is developed.The structure and construction process of the auxiliary support system of the climbing equipment is introduced,and it is applied in the construction of super-high building tower of W-1 B block of Shanghai International Aviation Service Center.The results indicate that the auxiliary support system of the climbing equipment is safe and reliable,and has significant social and economic benefits,which deserves to be popularized and applied in similar projects.
