摘要

施工电梯是超高层建筑垂直运输体系中的重要构成,对工程整体工期影响较大。为此,通过工程实践阐述了施工电梯布置及选型的影响因素。并根据超高层建筑工序搭接紧密的特点,介绍了超高层建筑中永久电梯与施工电梯转换的条件及优缺点,以及施工电梯与常见的超高层建筑作业平台连接方法,可为超高层建筑施工电梯设置及管理协调提供借鉴与参考。
        Construction elevator is an important component in the vertical transportation system of super highrise buildings,which has a great impact on the overall construction period of a project.Therefore,through project practice,the factors that influence construction elevator layout and selection are elaborated.According to the characteristics of close overlap of super high-rise building processes,the conditions,advantages and disadvantages of the conversion between permanent elevator and construction elevator in super high-rise building and the connection method between construction elevator and common super high-rise building operation platform are introduced,which can provide reference for super high-rise building construction elevator installation and management coordination.
