摘要
在整体钢平台模架装备的推广使用过程中,其用钢量大、重复使用率较低是主要的限制因素。介绍了上海静安大中里T1塔楼钢平台的工具化模块化设计,结果表明:通过设计优化,模架装备中约95%的部件可以制成标准模块,部件周转使用率可达90%以上。实现了工业化建造,节约了材料,符合绿色施工要求,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
During the promotion of integral steel platform formwork equipment,the large demanded amount of steel and the lower reusable rate are the main two limiting factors.This paper introduces the tool and modular type design of the steel platform in Shanghai Jing'an Dazhongli T1 Tower.The result has proved that about 95%assembly units of the formwork can be produced as standard modules through design optimization and the turnover usage rate can be up to 90%.Such industrialized construction can not only save the materials,but also comply with the requirement of the green construction,which has good social and economic benefits and can provide references for the similar projects.
