摘要
电力行业是全国碳减排的主力军,燃煤电厂改造能够提高能效,减少温室气体排放。国内温室气体自愿减排方法学"CM-034-V01现有电厂的改造和/或能效提高(第一版)"为燃煤电厂改造项目提供了碳减排量化方法。针对该方法学的适用性条件、项目边界、基准线识别以及减排量计算等方面进行了分析,并将该方法学应用到华中地区江西某燃煤电厂的改造项目,通过案例实际应用,得出燃煤电厂改造有较好的碳减排效益,是降低燃煤电厂碳排放的有效措施之一。该方法学较为复杂,公式多,要求数据多,此方法的研究可为我国今后开展燃煤电厂改造项目碳减排量计算提供借鉴。
Power sector plays a vital role in reducing national Greenhouse Gas(GHG) emission. Coal-fired power plant renovation increases energy efficiency and reduces GHG emissions. The methodology CM-034-V01 that Methodology for Renovation and/or Energy Efficiency Improvement in Existing Power Plants provides a method to quantize GHG emission in the coal-fired power plant renovation project. The authors analyzed application requirements, project boundary, baseline identification, emission reduction calculation, applied to a coal-fired power plant renovation project in central China, and found that renovation of the coal-fired power plant was effective to reduce GHG emissions. The methodology was complicated and required lots of data, but could provide technical guidance for quantization of coal-fired power plant renovation projects.
