健康宣教在喉癌患者中的应用

摘要
目的探讨健康宣教在喉癌患者中的应用,以改善喉癌患者的生活质量。方法对四川大学华西医院于2017-1-2017-12门诊部收治的84例喉癌患者进行研究,将其随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各42例,实验组患者在进行常规门诊检查与治疗的基础上进行健康宣教,对照组患者仅进行常规门诊检查与治疗,治疗后对患者进行焦虑评分、抑郁评分,并统计患者对门诊就诊的满意度。结果实验组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、就诊满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊就诊的喉癌患者而言,健康宣教可以帮助患者降低焦虑和抑郁指数,提高患者对就诊结果的满意度。
OBJECTIVE To explore the application of health education in laryngeal cancer patients to improve the quality of life of laryngeal cancer patients.METHODS Eighty-four patients with laryngeal cancer who were treated in our hospital from2017.1-2017.12 were studied experimentally.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 42 patients in each group.Patients in the experimental group were undergoing routine outpatient examination and treatment.Based on health education,the control group only conducted routine outpatient examinations and treatment.After the treatment,the patients were rated for anxiety and depression,and the patients' satisfaction with outpatient visits was counted.RESULTS The anxiety scores,depression scores,and satisfaction with visits in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS For outpatients with laryngeal cancer,health education can help patients to reduce anxiety and depression index,improve patient satisfaction.
