清代巴县档案中的官代书戳记

摘要
清代州县档案中的诉讼档案部分,保存了大量的状纸,而绝大多数的正规状式都会在状纸的某个位置加盖衙门颁发给官代书的戳记。就清代巴县档案而言,从纵向上看,乾隆到光绪年间,其官代书戳记的样式经历了从"不同"到"同"的发展变化,主要表现在戳记的形状及所包含的各个要素从多样化到统一化的历程。从横向上比较,巴县档案所见的官代书戳记样式与黄岩档案、南部档案、冕宁档案、紫阳档案又表现出一些异同之处。官代书戳记在状纸中的位置也不是一成不变的,其位置与案件当事人信息在状纸中的位置并不完全一致。
The litigation archives of the Qing dynasty saved a lot of complaint,the yamen only accepted the complaint with a scrivener's countermark which was issued by the local government.On the Baxian Archives in the Qing dynasty,from the longitudinal view,from Qianlong to Guangxu,the styles of the scrivener's countermark turned from different to same,mainly including the changes of shapes and elements.From the horizontal comparison,there were some similarities and differences of the scrivener's countermarks between Baxian archives,Huangyan archives,Nanbu archives,Mianning archives and Ziyang archives.The position of scrivener's countermark in the complaint was not immutable and frozen,which is not exactly the same with the position of the information of parties in a case.
