摘要
采用"降流式漂浮陶粒生物滤池-升流式悬浮陶粒流化池"工艺在佛山某污水厂进行实验,研究了悬浮填料曝气生物滤池的挂膜与启动,及挂膜阶段系统对COD、NH_4~+-N和TN的去除效果。实验采用先低负荷连续流进水,然后逐渐增大负荷至设计负荷的自然挂膜方法,直到陶粒表面形成稳定的生物膜。研究结果表明,经过23天自然挂膜启动完成,出水COD去除率稳定在80%左右,氨氮去除率稳定在90%左右,总氮去除率在40%左右,系统运行稳定。
        Downflow floating ceramic biofilter-upflow suspended ceramic fluidized tank' technology was tested in a wastewater plant of Foshan. Biofilm formation and start-up of suspended ceramic biological aerated filter(BAF), COD, NH_4~+-N and TN removal efficiency by biofilm formation system were studied. The experiment used low load continuous flow at first, and then gradually increased load to design load of natural biofilm formation, until the surface of the ceramsite had been covered with stable biofilm. The results showed that, the natural biofilm formation and start-up were completed after 23 days, the removal rate of COD and NH_4~+-N was stable at about 80% and 90% respectively, and the removal rates of TN was about 40%, the system operated stably.
