生态批评视角下的D.H.劳伦斯诗歌解读

摘要
性、婚姻和爱情是D.H.劳伦斯文学创作的主题,这也恰恰符合了鲁枢元的生态三分法,即自然生态、社会生态和精神生态,因为性是生物的自然本性,婚姻是人类社会性的产物,而爱情则是个人内在精神的一种体现。劳伦斯在其诗歌中盛赞原始自然生态美景,对自然生态中的动物也充满了深深的爱和敬畏。同时,人类已经不再是生态环境中的主体,而是被工业机械异化、失去了原始自然生命力的空壳,婚姻正是这种人类社会问题的一个缩影。工业文明破坏了自然生态环境,并由此引发了社会生态和人类精神生态问题。在这样一个前提下,劳伦斯把性推到了一个空前的高度,并指出性可以使无性的英格兰复活。从生态批评视角解读劳伦斯的诗歌,可以开拓劳伦斯研究的崭新领域,将劳伦斯诗歌研究推向一个新的阶段。
Sex,marriage and love have been constant topics in D.H.Lawrence's creation,which is just in accordance with Lu Shuyuan's proposal that ecology as a whole consists of three parts:natural ecology,social ecology and spiritual ecology.Since sex is the inborn nature,marriage is the socialized product,and love is the reflection of the innate spirit.Lawrence spoke highly of the natural scenery as well as animals in his poetry.Moreover,human beings are not subject in ecology any more but emptied and alienated by industrialization,losing their natural power,which is epitomized in marriage.Industrialization has destroyed the natural ecology,and trapped the social ecology and spiritual ecology in crisis.Under such a circumstance,Lawrence stressed the importance of sex and even argued that it was sex that could revive England.It is possible to develop and push the study of D.H.Lawrence to a new era by analyzing his poetry from ecological perspective.
