基于修正惯用法的水下盾构管片的内力分析

摘要
盾构管片设计是一项非常重要的工作,水下盾构由于水文和地质环境更为复杂,要求更为苛刻。传统方法采用梁—弹簧法。通过采用修正惯用法对水下盾构管片内力进行计算分析。在此基础上,针对不同接头刚度、环间刚度的工况作用时,对比分析内力状况,研究成果可为管片设计提供参考。
        The design of shield segment is a very important task. Moreover,underwater shield is more demanding because the hydrological and geological environments are more complex. The traditional method of internal force analysis of shield segment was the beam- spring method. Internal forces of shield segment under water were analyzed with the modified routine method in this study. According to the condition of rigidity of joints between different ring configurations,comparison and analysis of the internal force status were presented. The research findings presented in this paper can provide useful references for the design of similar shield segments.
