摘要
针对MF10开关电容滤波器带通模式存在的稳定性差、无巴特沃斯平台等问题,设计了由MF10高通模式与低通模式级联的组合带通滤波器,优化了组合带通滤波器的参数和倍频发生电路,编写了高通与低通截止频率的算法程序,测绘了组合带通滤波器的幅频特性曲线,比较了8阶模拟带通滤波器与组合带通滤波器的滤波效果。结果表明,组合带通滤波器可实现频率跟踪,滤波效果与8阶模拟带通滤波器相似。由于使用了较少的元器件,组合带通滤波器的可靠性更高。
In connection with the deficiencies( low stability,lack of Butterw orth platform) of the M F10 sw itched capacitor filter's band-pass mode,the band-pass filter combined with M F10 high-pass mode and low-pass mode w as designed. After this,a series w ork has done,including optimizing the frequency parameters and the frequency doubling circuit,programming the algorithm program of low-pass and high-pass cutoff frequency; plotting the amplitude-frequency curve,comparing w ith the 8 th-order band-pass analog filter.The result demonstrates that the combined band-pass filter realizes center frequency tracking and has similar filtering effect to the 8 th-order band-pass analog filter. Because of less components,the combined band-pass filter is more reliable.
