子午流注针法结合认知疗法对自闭症儿童家长焦虑抑郁状态的影响

摘要
目的:观察子午流注针法对于自闭症儿童家长抑郁状态的影响。方法:将24例自闭症儿童家长随机分为子午流注针组和普通针刺组,每组12例,子午流注针组采取子午流注针刺,每日1次,每周5次;普通针刺组采用普通针刺的方法,每日1次,每周5次。总疗程为4周,疗程结束后比较两组的总有效率,并分别于第2周末次针灸后及第4周末次针灸后比较各组SDS抑郁自评量表和SAS焦虑自评量表的变化。结果:与普通针刺组相比,子午流注针刺组总有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05),在第2周后SDS量表评分、SAS量表评分也无统计学差异,但在第4周后,子午流注针刺组SDS量表评分低于普通针刺组(P<0.05),SAS量表无统计学差异。结论:子午流注针法治疗自闭症儿童家长焦虑、抑郁状态有效,疗效与普通针刺组无明显差别,但远期SDS自评量表评分方面优于普通针刺组。
Objective: To observe the effect of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture and cognitive therapy for parents' anxiety and depressionof children with autism. Methods: Twenty-four cases of parents of children with autism were randomly divided into ordinary acupuncture group and Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture group,12 cases in each. The Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture groupwas given the Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture once a day,five times a week. The ordinary acupuncture group received ordinaryacupuncture once a day,5 times a week. The total duration of treatment was 4 weeks. After treatment we compared the total efficiency. And at second and fourth week end compare acupuncture SDS depression self-rating scale and SAS Self-Rating Anxiety Scale Variety in each group after acupuncture. Results: Compared with ordinary acupuncture group,the Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture group's total effective rate had no significant difference( P > 0. 05). At the second week after acupuncture,SDS scale score and SAS scale scores also had no significant difference. But at 4th week after acupuncture,the Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture group's SDS scale scores was lower than that of the ordinary acupuncture group( P <0. 05) and SAS scale had no significant difference. Conclusion: Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture has effect on parent'anxiety and depressionof children with autism and no significant difference compared with ordinary acupuncture group. But the long-term SDS score is better than that of the ordinary acupuncture group
