摘要
目的观察真空臭氧消毒机对生鲜蔬菜的消毒效果。方法以大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)8099作为指示菌,以黄瓜、生菜作为受试对象,采用模拟现场试验进行研究。结果在消毒机箱体压强为50 kPa的条件下,对黄瓜消毒60 s、120 s、180 s时,黄瓜表面的平均杀灭率分别为(88.58±0.93)%、(98.16±0.19)%、(99.82±0.18)%,黄瓜片的平均杀灭率分别为(92.82±2.78)%、(96.00±1.96)%、(99.52±0.24)%;对生菜消毒360 s、480 s、600 s时,生菜叶的平均杀灭率分别为(93.65±4.33)%、(98.92±0.11)%、(99.87±0.09)%,生菜茎的平均杀灭率分别为(96.41±0.44)%、(98.09±0.46)%、(100±0.00)%。结论在该实验条件下,真空臭氧消毒机对生鲜蔬菜表面的大肠杆菌有较好的杀菌效果,可用于生鲜蔬菜消毒。
        Objective To observe the disinfection effect of vacuum ozone disinfector on fresh vegetables. Methods Escherichia coli 8099 was used as the indicator microorganism, the experiment was carried out with simulated field experiments with cucumber and lettuce as subjects. Results Under the condition that the pressure was 50 kPa in the disinfection machine box, the average killing rate of the surface of cucumber with disinfection of 60 s, 120 s and 180 s were(88.58 ± 0.93)%,(98.16 ± 0.19)%and(99.82 ± 0.18)%, the average killing rate for cucumber slices were(92.82 ± 2.78)%,(96.00 ± 1.96)% and(99.52 ± 0.24)%.The average killing rate of lettuce leaves with disinfection of 360 s, 480 s and 600 s were(93.65 ± 4.33)%,(98.92 ± 0.11)% and(99.87 ± 0.09)%,and the average killing rate for lettuce stem were(96.41 ± 0.44)%,(98.09 ± 0.46)% and(100 ± 0.00)%.Conclusion Under the condition of the experiment, the vacuum ozone disinfector has a good germicidal effect on the Escherichia coli on the raw vegetables, and can be used for the sterilization of fresh vegetables.
