摘要
为研究多绳摩擦提升系统在安全制动过程中防滑特性,以某矿多绳摩擦提升系统为例,讨论了利用MATLAB/Simulink对摩擦轮两侧钢丝绳张力进行弹性体动力学仿真分析步骤,并在此基础上以动张力比验证提升系统在安全制动过程中的防滑性能。研究结果对多绳摩擦提升系统的防滑验算及改进具有重要参考价值。
In order to study the anti-skid properties of multi-rope friction hoisting system in the process of safety braking, taking a mine multi-rope friction hoist system as an example, the simulation analysis steps of elastomer dynamics of steel wire rope tension on both sides of friction wheel by MATLAB/Simulink is discussed, on this basis, the anti-skid performance of the hoist system in the process of safety braking is verified by dynamic tension ratio. The research results have important reference value for the anti-skid checking and improvement of multi-rope friction hoist system.
