化工企业火灾爆炸致灾因素研究

摘要
按系统工程和过程管理,对化工企业火灾爆炸的致灾因素进行分析,研究化工企业防火安全的控制措施。针对化工企业设备、工艺、消防设施、安全生产管理、信息化管理、专业处置能力等方面存在的缺陷,提出注重企业制度标准、强化本质安全、落实主体责任、开展大数据应用和构建专业处置力量等对策,提升化工企业火灾防御能力。
According to system engineering and process management, the disaster factors of chemical enterprise fire and explosion were analyzed, and the control measures of fire safety in chemical enterprises were studied. Aiming at the defects of equipment, process technology, fire-fighting facilities, safety production management, information management and professional disposal ability in chemical enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as attaching importance to enterprise system standard,strengthening essential safety, carrying out main responsibility,developing big data application and constructing professional disposal forces, to improve fire defense capability of chemical enterprises.
