摘要

本文概述了隐蔽致灾因素排查预控管理体系的实施,促进了隐患排查由"排查显性隐患"向"隐蔽致灾因素"转变,对各类隐患超前防控得到了有效的落实,保证了安全生产各大系统的稳定,进一步增强了矿井安全保障能力,推动了矿井安全发展。
        This paper outlines the implementation of pre-control management system for hidden hazard factors investigation, promotes the transformation of hidden hazard investigation from "screening explicit hazards" to "hidden hazard factors", effectively implements the prevention and control of various hidden hazards, guarantees the stability of major safety production systems, and further strengthens the ability of mine safety guarantee. It has promoted the development of mine safety.
