介入封堵术治疗低体重先天性心脏病患儿的疗效及安全性观察

摘要
目的探究低体重先天性心脏病患儿采用介入封堵术治疗疗效及安全性观察。方法选取我院2014年1月～2017年12月收入低体重先天性心脏病患儿共计80例,所有患儿均采用封堵术治疗,对所有患儿治疗疗效及术后情况进行分析。结果患儿ICU滞留时间为(12.4±1.7)h,住院时间为(3.3±0.8)d,抗生素时间为(12.4±3.4)h。并对患儿治疗后予以心电图及心脏超声复查,其中轻度瓣膜反流1例,无血栓栓塞,其中房性早搏2例,室性早搏1例,房性心动过速1例,与封堵后相比较,患儿肺动脉收缩压、肺动脉舒张压、平均肺动脉压低于封堵前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低体重先天性心脏病患儿予以介入封堵术治疗,临床治疗疗效显著,安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect and safety of interventional closure in low-body weight infants with congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods 80 low-body weight infants with CHD underwent the interventional closure from January 2014 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected.The therapeutic effect and postoperative conditions were analyzed.Results The time of staying in the ICU(intensive care unit) was(12.4±1.7)h;the hospitalization time was(3.3±0.8)d;the usage time of antibiotics was(12.4±3.4)h. After treatment,the electrocardiography and cardiac ultrasonography was conducted.It was known that there was one mild valvular regurgitation case,no thromboembolism cases,two atrial premature beats cases, one ventricular premature beat case and one atrial tachycardia case.After closure, the pulmonary arterial systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and average pulmonary artery pressure was lower than before(P<0.05).Conclusion The interventional closure can increase the therapeutic effect and clinical safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
