椎体成形术联合后路椎弓根内固定对老年胸腰段脊柱骨折疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨椎体成形术联合后路椎弓根内固定对老年胸腰段脊柱骨折患者的治疗效果。方法:将2016年1月-2018年1月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的老年胸腰段脊柱骨折患者92例作为研究资料,依据手术方案分组,各46例,对照组为后路椎弓根内固定术治疗,观察组增加椎体成形术治疗,观察两组疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组椎管狭窄率、椎体前缘压缩率、疼痛指数等指标均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(4.35%)低于对照组(19.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年胸腰段脊柱骨折患者采用椎体成形术联合后路椎弓根内固定术治疗,可有效改善症状,缓解疼痛,且具有进一步促进术后康复作用,减少并发症的发生,治疗价值较高,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of vertebroplasty combined with posterior pedicle screw fixation on elderly patients with thoracolumbar spinal fractures.Method:From January 2016 to January 2018,92 elderly patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures were treated in our hospital.According to the operation plan,they were divided into 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated by posterior pedicle screw fixation.The observation group was treated by vertebroplasty.The curative effect and complications of the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the spinal canal stenosis rate,vertebral compression rate,pain index and other indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.35%,which was lower than 19.57% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vertebroplasty combined with posterior pedicle instrumentation can effectively improve symptoms and relieve pain in elderly patients with thoracolumbar spine fractures,and can further promote postoperative rehabilitation,reduce the incidence of complications.
