论习近平新时代新闻舆论思想的基本特征与构建逻辑

摘要
习近平新时代新闻舆论思想具有五项基本特征,即意识形态性、鲜明党性、正能量导向性、工作创新性和全球视野性。从功能定位逻辑看,贯彻意识形态性和鲜明党性是根本任务;社会正能量导向和视野全球性是现实基本要求;理念、技术和基层工作创新是基本路径。从理论运思逻辑看,五项基本特征蕴含着真理与价值、普遍与特殊相统一的辩证逻辑关系。五项基本特征、两种构建逻辑共同构成习近平新时代新闻舆论思想的完整体系。
Xi Jinping's New Thought is formed under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era. It shows five basic characteristics,namely,ideology,distinct party spirit,positive energy orientation,innovative and global perspective. From the function positioning logic,the implementation of ideology and distinct party spirit is the fundamental task; the positive energy orientation of society and the global vision are the basic requirements of reality; the innovation of ideas,technologies and grassroots work is the basic path. From the perspective of theoretical thinking,the basic characteristics of the five aspects contain two levels of dialectical unity of truth and value,universality and particularity. The five basic characteristics and the two construction logics together constitute the complete system of Xi Jinping's New Thought in the New Era.
