摘要

通过在合成侦查中引入"PTU"概念,结合宜兴实际,探讨SI-PTU(合成侦查机动警队)模式的建设及其在重特大案件侦破中的应用,旨在实现精准化、高效能地打击惩治重特大刑事犯罪。
        By introducing the concept of "PTU" into synthetic investigation and combining with the actual situation in Yixing, this paper explores the construction of SI-PTU(synthetic investigation mobile police force) model and its application in the detection of serious and extraordinarily serious cases, aiming at achieving a precise and efficient crackdown on and punishment of serious and extraordinarily serious criminal offences.
