摘要
为了解决金相试样在传统磨抛设备的固定及对多个试样同时磨抛的问题,通过对半自动金相试样磨抛设备在实际应用中的问题分析,设计了一种手动磨抛多个金相试样固定装置。此装置结构简单,功能可靠,具有较好的推广和应用价值。
In order to solve the problemof fixing metallographic specimens in traditional grinding and polishing equipment and simultaneously polishing multiple specimens, a kind of fixing device for manual grinding and polishing multiple metallographic specimens was designed by analyzing the problems in practical application of semi-automatic grinding and polishing equipment for metallographic specimens. The device has simple structure and reliable function, and has good popularization and application value.
