现代军事飞行学员医学选拔的问题

摘要
在系统文献研究的基础上,比较军事飞行学员医学选拔中我国和发达国家的情况,总结我国军事飞行学员医学选拔存在的问题,即整体认识存在偏差、不合格标准循证依据不足、形态学标准缺乏参照样品、技术操作不够规范等;论证提出实现传统粗放型医学选拔模式向现代精准型转变,需要达到四个方面的基本要求,即:精准选拔、科学选拔、规范选拔和专业选拔;系统构建现代军事飞行学员医学选拔的实现路径,即:创建医学选拔学科、培养医学选拔人才、重塑医学选拔流程、完善医学选拔技术。研究结果为提高军队医院航卫保障能力提供科学依据。
On the base of literature summary,contrastive analysis of international pilot medical recruiting standards and the practice of our pilot medical recruiting,to summarize the key issues in the aviation medical examination of pilot recruiting. The results include conception deviation,evidence-based medicine deficiency,no morphology item reference and operation norm morbidity. To raise the features of modern military pilot medical recruiting science,it needs four aspects of basic requirements including precise medical recruiting,scientific medical recruiting,normative medical recruiting and professional medical recruiting. Systematically build the pathway of modern pilot medical recruiting,which is setting up the medical recruiting discipline,cultivating the medical recruiting experts,remodeling the medical recruiting flow sheet and researching the medical recruiting technique. The research provides scientific basis to improve aeromedical support of military hospitals
