某航空公司不同机型飞行员年度体检疾病比较分析

摘要
目的分析某航空公司不同机型飞行员年度体检时疾病检出的种类和特点,为针对性开展航卫保障工作提供科学依据。方法利用民用航空人员体检合格证管理系统中2017年三种机型飞行员体检数据,分别计算三种机型飞行员的前10位疾病,并比较三种机型飞行员不同系统疾病的检出率。采用spss18.0软件进行数据分析与比较,以描述性分析为主,三种机型飞行员的年龄比较采用t检验,各系统疾病的检出率比较采用χ~2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果三种机型飞行员检出疾病谱的前5位(有先后顺序区别)均为高脂血症,高尿酸血症,脂肪肝,超重,高胆红素血症。结论飞行员高脂血症及相关代谢性疾病比普通人群检出率高,需要重点关注,此外还应关注飞行员的疾病变化,掌握疾病进展趋势,更好的开展航卫保障。
Objective To analyze the types and characteristics of the diseases detected during the annual physical examination of pilots of different types of aircraft in an airline company, and to provide scientific basis for carrying out the aviation health protection work. Methods The top 10 diseases of the pilots of the three types of aircraft were calculated respectively by using the physical examination data of the pilots of the three types of civil aviation personnel in 2017, and the detection rate of different system diseases of the pilots of the three types of aircraft were compared. Spss18.0 software was used for data analysis and comparison, mainly descriptive analysis. T test was used to compare the ages of the pilots of the three types of aircraft, while inferiority 2 test was used to compare the detection rate of each system disease. P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The first five positions(in order) of the three types of pilots were hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, fatty liver, overweight, hyperbilirubinemia. Conclusions The detection rate of hyperlipidemia and related metabolic diseases of pilots is higher than that of the general population, which needs to be paid attention to. In addition, the disease changes of pilots should be paid attention to, so as to master the progress trend of the disease, so as to better carry out aviation health protection.
