摘要

随着交通强国等战略构想的推进实施,北方海区航海保障信息服务的发展面临更大的挑战和机遇。文中介绍了北方海区航海保障信息服务建设现状,阐述了航海保障信息服务的主要思路及总体框架,根据开展信息服务的工作总体流程及各环节工作特点的不同,重点从五个部分对航海保障信息服务框架建设进行了思考和论述。
        With the implementation of the strategic concept of developing China into a transportation power, the development of the navigation guarantee information services for the north sea area is faced with greater challenges and opportunities. The paper introduces the status quo of the development of navigation guarantee information services in the north sea area, and expounds the main ideas and overall framework of navigation guarantee information service. According to the overall process of information services and the characteristics of each link, it probes into the development of the navigation guarantee information service framework from five aspects.
