摘要
近年来,国内航空市场逐步扩大,中国民用航空企业也取得了诸多非凡的成就,然而中国民机企业却未能在本土市场彰显实力,市场仍由国外航空公司所垄断。其原因有很多,本文从公司治理的角度,重点分析中国民机企业决策机制存在的不足之处,并充分考虑我国国情,结合航空工业的特点,为优化该机制提出措施,希望对构建中国特色的民机企业决策机制提供参考,增强企业竞争力。
In recent years, domestic aviation market has gradually expanded, China's civil aviation enterprises have also made many remarkable achievements. But China's Commercial enterprises are failed to reveal the strength in local market, the market in China is still dominated by foreign airlines. There are a lot of reasons. From the perspective of corporate governance, this paper mainly analyzes the existing deficiencies of the decision-making mechanism of China commercial enterprises, and fully considers China's national conditions.Combined with the characteristics of the aviation industry, it puts forward the measures of optimizing mechanism, and hopes to provide the reference for constructing commercial enterprise decision-making mechanism with Chinese characteristics to enhance the enterprise competitiveness.
