普通高校非学历教育发展问题及研究对策

摘要
为了满足社会日益高涨的学习需求以及践行大学社会教育的职责,普通高校大力发展非学历教育,将"不断为社会发展和经济建设培养多层次、实用型、专业性的人才"作为己任。目前,普通高校非学历教育实施过程中普遍存在对其政策投入不高、对新媒体技术应用不足、项目类型单一等问题。研究从提高非学历办学水平、强化师资队伍建设、加强课程自主研发、加快新媒体技术发展等多种措施入手,打造高校非学历教育的高质量品牌。
In order to meet the growing demands for learning and fulfill the responsibility of social education,college should develop non-degree education and take it as their own responsibility to continuously cultivate multi-level, practical and professional talents for social development and economic construction. At present, there are some problems in the implementation of non-degree education in colleges, such as low investment in policies, insufficient application of new media technology and single project types. Facing these problems, the study starts with improving the level of non-degree education, strengthening the construction of faculty, strengthening the independent research and development of the curriculum, and accelerating the development of new media technology, so as to build a high-quality brand of non-degree education in colleges.
